Lyla 1 looks like a panty liner but it is so much more.

Just as discreet as any panty liner but with our Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) which absorbs and holds up to 5 times more liquid than any feminine hygiene product. Lyla 1 holds up to a quarter of a tea cup of liquid, so is perfect for those little leaks which can occur when we start experiencing a little bladder weakness for the first time. If you experience leakage when you laugh, cough or sneeze, Lyla 1 will take care of you. Not only locking in moisture for that fresh, dry feeling but also providing excellent odour control. The extra soft top sheet feels smooth against the skin and the breathable back lining ensures your skin remains healthy. You will hardly know you are wearing Lyla 1 and neither will anyone else!

Lyla 2 is similar in construction to Lyla 1 but with a higher level of absorption. Again, for ladies just starting to experience bladder weakness, but could be used for extra security, for example at night. Lyla 2 will comfortably absorb half a tea cup of liquid, thereby offering a higher level of security than Lyla 1. The silky soft, textile-like surface ensures excellent levels of comfort even over a long period of time. All materials have been dermatologically tested to avoid any irritation to intimate areas. The back sheet is also breathable which means healthy skin. Each pad is individually wrapped to carry around and be disposed of.

Lyla 3 is about the size of a small sanitary towel, but with a much more anatomical shape. In fact, all Lyla products from 3-6 are designed to absorb and retain relatively higher volumes of liquid. Rewetting, which is a situation where liquid seeps back to the surface of the skin, is a major concern to incontinence product manufacturers: this design minimises rewetting. Lyla 3 has all the benefits of Lyla 1 and 2 but absorbency is higher. Lyla 3 can absorb and retain up to 300ml (1.25 tea cups) of liquid, which is more than enough for most everyday situations but can also be used in many situations where physical exertion is part of your life. Playing with the kids in the park is no longer an issue!

This size of pad is the most used in the UK. There is a good reason for this. It provides the maximum amount of protection for the most common level of bladder weakness experienced by ladies today. A ladies’ bladder holds 400ml – 800ml of liquid. Lyla 4 has a capacity of 500ml (2 tea cups). If you want to feel absolutely secure, knowing that your pad can handle any situation which life may throw at you: an extra-long meeting, school show, traffic jam or anything else for that matter, you are safe with Lyla 4, even if you don’t need it! One step up from the great all rounder Lyla 4, Lyla 5 gives you everything it offers but even more absorption. It can hold up to 620ml (2.5 tea cups) so even if you are really bursting Lyla 5 can handle the situation. Also, if you have longer periods of physical activity, requiring real exertion and endurance, perhaps a higher absorbent product is what you need. The superior design still ensures discretion, even with the higher volume capacity. This is why we recommend Lyla 5 for either strenuous exercise situations or for higher levels of bladder leakage.
